Our Martial Arts And Fitness Programs

The Dojo of Karate offers several Martial Arts, Self-Defense and Fitness programs that are bound to meet your needs and for anyone in the family . Below is a list of the Karate programs offered at The Dojo of Karate.

Lil’ Ninjas Karate Program – This Karate Program has been specially designed for your kids between the ages of 4 and 6. Classes concentrate in developing their fine motor skills, focus, discipline, and basic Martial Arts skills.

Junior Kids Beginners Karate Program – Since children enjoy physical activities, new challenges, and having fun at the same time, we have tailored this program to suite your child’s needs. Your child will learn traditional Wado Karate and the fundamentals of self-defense which will help develop their self-confidence, self-discipline, physical fitness.

Teens & Adult Karate Program – You will learn the traditional Japanese martial art called Wado Karate. All classes are taught with the traditional values taught by our founding Grand Master, including basic fundamentals of punching, kicking, blocking, and body movement. And, you will develop a powerful core, improved leg strength, and better quickness and reaction, through our proven training methods.

World Class Karate Instruction

Classes are always taught by Sensei Javier Lozano, Jr., a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Wado Karate with 20 years of training, 17 years of teaching experience, and a former NASKA World Champion. This guarantees that every student receives the appropriate attention and quality instruction that our school strives itself on.
